A dirty windshield makes visibility while driving harder on multiple levels, and it definitely makes sun glare even worse than normal. Keeping your windshield clean (cleaner than the spray and swipe of the windshield wipers on the go) will help keep you safer on the road and allow for increased visibility across multiple scenarios, including pesky sun glare.

Hey, those little visors are in your car for a reason, and it’s not just to check your teeth in the mirror at stoplights. Sun visors can help block out the sun when it’s at some of its more problematic spots in the sky. It can’t cover all the bases, but it will certainly help increase visibility when you need it most.
