COVID 19 Procedures

As we all work together through this COVID 19 Pandemic our hearts and thoughts are with all of those affected by this virus.

As restrictions and closures occur throughout the State by order of Governor Polis, and recently from Mayor Hancock for the City and County of Denver, we want to let you know that we are still open and operational.

Auto repairs are deemed and essential business, and we will continue to operate. For our customers who have scheduled appointments, we can send you an appointment scheduled letter for you to have with you. Please contact us if you need a scheduled letter.

As we had issued in our original statement, we have implemented very strict protocols during this time.

We have adopted a NO WALK IN policy, Only Scheduled drop off and Pickups, Scheduled Estimates are being seen.

If you are sick, have a fever, cough, have traveled internationally, have traveled to any high risk area in the state or out of state, have been in contact with someone with COVID 19 please call us to reschedule your appointment.

Scheduled repairs:

Vehicle Drop off

  • We are scheduling specific drop off times, sending paperwork to you ahead of time to send back to us
  • Meeting you outside the shop at the scheduled drop off
  • Taking your keys from you
  • Disinfecting your vehicle’s high contact touchpoints prior to coming into the

{steering wheel, door trim panel, lock, start button if applicable, key, steering wheel switches, shifter, driver’s seat covered, etc}

  • ALWAYS MAINTAINING A 6 FOOT DISTANCE

Vehicle Pick Up

  • We will call and set a time for pick up, all payments will be processed prior to pick up
  • Call when you arrive, and we will meet you
  • All paperwork will be in the vehicle already
  • Any signatures etc. needed will be done with a separate “clean pen “per person
  • Vehicle has been disinfected from our contact on all high touch contact points prior to you picking up the

{steering wheel, door trim panel, lock, start button if applicable, key, steering wheel switches, shifter, driver’s seat covered, etc}

Estimates

  • We are continuing to fine-tune our estimate process, all estimates will be by appointment only at this time.
  • Call for an appointment and we can guide you through the best process for your situation.
  • IF YOU HAVE AN INSURANCE ESTIMATE ALREADY, HAVE SENT PHOTOS TO YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY, WE ONLY NEED THE INSURANCE ESTIMATE THEY PROVIDED. CALL US AND WE WILL WALK YOU THROUGH THE PROCESS TO GET YOU SCHEDULED FOR REPAIR.
  • When you arrive for your appointment you will call us, and we will either meet you outside or have you pull in the shop. WE WILL HAVE YOU WILL REMAIN IN YOUR VEHICLE. We will get all the information and photo’s we need and then you will be on your way.
  • Estimates will be emailed along with repair scheduled date

Accurate Auto Body, Inc., continues to monitor all COVID 19 updates From CDC, WHO,CDPHE, Federal, State, and all local Government monitoring and implementing all Center for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), Colorado Department of Health (CDPHE) guidelines and protocols.

We have also continued extensive cleaning and disinfecting protocols, extreme social distancing both internally and externally.

Communication will be our greatest asset in being able to assist you during this time, and we will continue to stay updated with the latest information and will address any changes to our operation and procedures as necessary.
